Iain has been a GoldMine consultant and trainer since 1998 working on
GoldMine CRM projects for clients all over Europe, and Iain has many more
years training experience before working with GoldMine. Iain has a recognised flair for presentation and training which is why Iain's training videos are so successful.

The idea of training videos came about as a result of a project Iain was
tasked with: To reduce help-desk man hours for a Frontrange GoldMine Partner.
Iain came up with the idea of creating a suite of GoldMine training videos as a back up to the initial training (which was delivered by the GoldMine
partner) This meant that the end users no longer needed to phone up the
helpdesk every time they forgot how to do something, they could just view the relevant video.

As a result the customer has a much better training experience and the help-desk in question managed to reduce time spent answering simple training questions by 50%.
